The grieving continues for the family of the victims in the accident that involved an unlicensed Honda Jazz driver.
At the time of writing (March 15), three victims succumbed to their wounds and didn’t make it. The mother of Aisar Azim, the third victim is planning to take legal action following the death of her son.
As for the mother of Muhammad Aidil Ramdan Abdullah, 15, and Muhammad Asraf Adha Abdullah, 14, she made it clear that she will not forgive the unlicensed driver.
Aidil did not survive the crash, and Asraf is still receiving treatment at the Hospital Tuanku Jaafar (HTJ) and is not allowed to be discharged yet.
“I want them to feel what I feel.”
In a report by Sinar Harian, the 44-year-old mother, Malah Haslinda Jupri, said that a man who claimed to be the father of the unlicensed Honda Jazz driver came forward to her at the hospital and admitted that it was his son behind the wheel.
However, Haslinda said that the man never apologised.
“He told me it was his son who crashed into my children but he did not say sorry. No one has came forward to apologise.”
Haslinda also said she has received many offers from lawyers who wanted to help, but she has not made any decisions about taking legal action. One thing is for sure: Haslinda is not going to forgive the unlicensed driver, even if he eventually comes forward to apologise.
“I will not stay silent. I want the person who wronged my children to feel what I feel. I will not forgive them, Aidil is gone.”

Haslinda, who works as a cook, had to take temporary leave from work to care for her hospitalised son.
The unlicensed Honda Jazz driver is also hospitalized. He crashed into the victims after running the red light on Jalan Persiaran Senawang.
