Godzilla fans rejoice! The first-ever Godzilla museum is now open for a limited time at Awaji Island’s anime park Nijigen No Mori, known as National Awaji Institute of Godzilla Disaster.
The whole Godzilla museum experience, as reported by Sora News 24, will include a zip-line ride straight into Godzilla’s mouth, a Godzilla-themed restaurant, and a room filled with 80 different Godzilla figures and models of the enemy monsters.
Tickets will go for about RM40 (1000 yen) for adults and RM30 (800 yen) for children. At the moment, the museum will have an advance opening till 31 August which covers the museum, the Godzilla Store and the Godzilla-themed restaurant. Sadly not the zip-line ride for now.
Surely we will add this to our itinerary when we can finally visit Japan again!
