Whether we want to admit it or not, for cat lovers, we are not cat owners but actually cat slaves. We plan our day around our furry friends and we designate a huge chunk of our salary for their needs. A small price to pay for the comfort and the purrs!
Sadly for some of us, we can’t own a cat because of certain reasons like allergies or the regulations set by the apartment management. So we go to cat cafes and live the life that we want even if its only for just 30 minutes. With Covid-19, even this seems impossible to do now. Luckily, a cat cafe in Japan found a way to reach cat fans everywhere by putting up a live stream on Twitch that goes 24 hours, seven days a week.
According to Sora News 24, the Nyandan-tei cafe in Tokyo started the stream and viewers can chat with other cat fans that are watching the stream with them. The cafe was originally set up to help abandoned cats so viewers can subscribe and contribute to food and medicine for these cuties.
So if you’re stuck at home and feel like watching some cats being fed or just sleeping; you know, doing what a cat does best, head to the cafe’s Twitch stream here and enjoy the calmness as you will see your furry friends in action with some soothing background music.
