How extra can you get?
With the pandemic still ongoing, most of us have turned to buying our things online and getting them sent to us. This also means that the delivery person will have to come to our doorstep on a daily basis.
In Malaysia, the proof of delivery is fairly easy as you just have to tell them the last four digits of your identification card number.
In the Phillippines however, proof of delivery is confirmed by taking a picture of the person holding the parcel. As a result, many people in the Phillippines have started using these photos as an opportunity to show off their modeling skills by taking very extra pictures of themselves holding the parcel to lighten up the situation.
The pictures were so extra to the point that some even brought in props and backdrops. Needless to say, these pictures went viral on social media platforms.
In the Philippines, pictures are required to prove that packages are actually delivered.

One woman even prepared a backdrop with the phrase:
“Natanggap ko na.”
Which means “I received it” in Tagalog.
She told GMA News Online that she was frustrated with how the delivery people always manage to catch her off guard as she is not physically prepared for the photo. So she made a backdrop and would always emerge out of the house dressed to the 9’s.
Do you think you would do the same if the proof of delivery in Malaysia is the same method?
