Love politics and watching stand-up comedy? Then you might wanna keep your Friday night free for this show!
After our 14th general elections that took place on 9 May last year, Malaysia saw a change of government when Pakatan Harapan won the majority vote and toppled the previous Barisan Nasional coalition that ruled the country for 61 years.
Now, in the aftermath of GE14 (and the revelation of all the dirty laundry from the infamous graft-scandal 1MDB), a fellowship of Malaysian comics have joined hands to form 1Malaysia Comedians Bureau (1MCB) and they’ll be kicking off their debut show this Friday night (11 January 2019) at Menara Ken, TTDI!

Their debut show titled, 1MCB – Raw and Unaudited, will star several established figures from the comedy scene including Brian Tan, Gajen Nad, Keren Bala Devan, Shamaine Othman, and Sulaiman Azmil as they entertain the audience and make them LOL with their witty humour on all things pop culture, politics, food (vegetarian and non-vegetarian, well, because 1MCB caters to all), history, international and domestic relations, love, science and technology, movies, music and even the elusive field of vexillology. Come for a good laugh guys!
