The press conference for The Knights Award Season 3 proudly presented by Mee Hiris China Muslim was held to launch the start of nomination, featuring various esteemed organisations and public figures. Over the past 2 seasons, the international award recognition platform has celebrated over 100 illustrious stories across diverse fields, forming an elite platform where partnership flourishes and thrives.
This year, as The Knights Award marches into Season 3, the organising committee aims to elevate it to new heights. It is expected to welcome participation from at least 30 countries this season and be held at Malaysia’s most iconic landmark, the PETRONAS Philharmonic Hall at the PETRONAS Twin Towers, KLCC. Hollywood star Daniel Powter, the renowned singer of ‘Bad Day’ with over 500 million listeners on Spotify, will also make his debut as a guest singer in Malaysia.
The event was also graced by The National President of the Associated Zong Xiang Chinese Chamber, Dato Sri Robert Lim, Datuk Eric Chong, Hong Kong Renowned Actor Mr. Philip Keung, Ms. Goh Liu Ying, the Top World mixed double badminton player and many more. It showed a significant gathering of a powerhouse full of various industry experts and figures.
The press conference witnessed the signing of two Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) involving The Knights Award. The first Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed with Mee Hiris China Muslim as the Presenter of The Knights Award Season 3. Dr. Zyro Wong, the Founding President of The Knights Award and Ms. Syafiqah Zulkifli, the Chief Operating Officer, represented Mee Hiris China Muslim. Additionally, The Knights Award Season 3 is now the official brand advisor for Mee Hiris China Muslim. Established in 2019, Mee Hiris now boasts 30 branches across Malaysia, with a mission to provide the finest Halal Chinese Muslim cuisine in the country. Their initiatives will be further amplified through their involvement as the presenter of The Knights Award.
The second Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) forges a partnership between The Knights Award and the Commonwealth Youth Innovation Centre, marking a significant milestone in fostering international collaboration. Through this strategic agreement, a myriad of opportunities unfolds for our esteemed winners, granting them access to an expanded array of international markets. This pivotal alliance not only amplifies the global reach of The Knights Award but also cultivates a dynamic platform for cross-cultural exchange and innovation.
Forming the backbone of this event is the Council of Lords, which consists of many distinguished leaders from various industries and countries. The winners of The Knights Award are celebrated at the Ennoblement Ceremony for their remarkable contributions to their industries, embodying excellence, innovation, and sustainability apart from receiving a series of branding strategies aimed at enhancing their exposure and connection. The Knights Award Season 3 will be held in October 2024 at PETRONAS Philharmonic Hall, PETRONAS Twin Towers, KLCC. The standard of the award will be brought to even greater heights with the presence of many more international and national business leaders, celebrities, key opinion leaders and other significant stakeholders.
The press conference received commendations from both Daniel Powter and Dato Aaron Aziz, who extended their congratulations through video messages. Daniel Powter, known for his worldwide hit single “Bad Day” which topped the Billboard charts in the United States, expressed his excitement and thrill to perform live for the first time ever in Malaysia at the upcoming The Knights Award Season 3. Furthermore, Putri Ariani from Indonesia and Dr. Yusuf Bhai from the UAE sent their regards and are highly anticipated to attend The Knights Award Season 3.
It serves as a platform for the organisers to unveil the intricacies of the award categories, selection criteria, and nomination process. Additionally, it provides guests and members of the media with the opportunity to engage in dialogue, ask questions, and offer valuable feedback on the event.
