The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah is well known for his humility and caring nature. Today, he has yet again set an excellent example for all the leaders and rakyat when he immediately got off his official car to check on an accident victim near the ELITE Highway.

The whole incident was recorded and posted on Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali’s Instagram account. The post explained that our beloved King was on his way back from attending an event in Setia Alam.

The victim, according to Malay Mail, suffered minor injuries after her car skidded and overturned on the highway. From the video, it can be heard His Majesty requesting his police escort to send the victim for treatment at a nearby hospital immediately.

It is such an honour for us the rakyat to be blessed with a king that is so caring and humble. A great leader is one who always sets an excellent example for the people, and His Majesty will surely inspire more leaders to follow in his footsteps.
