They say, “dad is a daughter’s first love”… But this is not what they actually meant!

According to Berita Harian, a 41-year-old father was brought to trial in Kuala Terengganu and pleaded that he was not guilty of raping his own daughter.

The man was accused under 2 cases:

  • Case 1: The father raped his daughter around 3 to 4am around the middle of July to early August in a house at Kuala Terengganu
  • Case 2: The father raped his daughter around 3 to 4am on the 17th August in the same house at Kuala Terengganu.

He will be charged under the Penal Code Section 376B in which if he was found guilty he may be imprisoned for no more than 30 years and will be caned.

The horrendous rape was discovered when the daughter was feeling nauseous and vomited during her UPSR recently. As she went for a checkup, doctor confirmed that she was 7 weeks pregnant. The enraged mother immediately lodged a police report and have her husband arrested.

It appears that the mother went out to take care of the victim’s grandmother who lived around the corner. Taking this as an opportunity, the accused took advantage of the situation and raped his daughter.

It was recorded that his urine sample is positive for drugs specifically Methamphetamine and the man had an old record of breach of trust.

The court will resume on Oct 25th and he is not allowed bail.

Yish, the amount of incest happening in our country increase year by year and this is a sad fact that all of us should be concerned about.
