Malaysia has always been known for having a variety of food that taste incredible and just yesterday, Michelin Guide Director, Gwendal Poullennec, revealed that anonymous food critics have been in Malaysia for 3 years and have compiled a total of 97 restaurants from across KL and Penang.
Among the 97 restaurants, 32 restaurants are under the bib gourmand category (street food/hawker) while 61 restaurants are listed as Michelin-Selected and 4 restaurants were awarded with Michelin 1-star!
