As if things couldn’t get any worse for this victim of snatch theft, her hair also got stuck to the chain of her assailant’s motorcycle!

This incident occurred at the back of Boulevard Shopping Mall in Miri, Sarawak on Friday (20 July) night at around 3.15pm when the victim, a 31-year-old pharmacist was walking in the area.

According to the State Crime Investigation Chief, Senior Assistant Commissioner Denis Leong Soon Kuai, while passing through the site, the thief, a 24-year-old who rode a motorcycle, came up from behind the victim before grabbing her bag.

Unfortunately for the victim who was robbed, her hair had even gotten stuck to the motorcycle chain when the thief tried to make his getaway.
