A distressing video has been circulating on social media recently, showing a small boy falling out of a moving car and then being hit by two separate vehicles at an intersection.
The video was shared in the Facebook group INFO BERITA SEMASA and has since gone viral, garnering over 433,000 views and more than 8,200 shares in under 19 hours.
In the video, recorded in front of the Billion Supermarket in Kota Bharu, Kelantan yesterday (17 October), a small child can be seen falling off out of a grey car, believed to be driven by his family member while the car was making a U-turn at the intersection.
Looking closely at the footage, the door of the car can be seen suddenly opening while making the U-turn, causing the boy to fall off.
Afterwards, the boy can be seen getting slightly hit by a white car before standing up.
He was then hit by another vehicle, this time a red SUV and getting knocked back. Thankfully, the boy seemed to be fine as he stood up immediately afterwards before running to a motorcyclist asking for help.
A motorcyclist who witnessed the whole incident also rushed to the boy to see if he was okay.

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has since said that it is tracing the boy and the car from which he fell.
As reported by Harian Metro, Kota Bharu Police Chief Superintendent Mohd Suhaimi Ali said that the incident was believed to have been caused by the grey car driver’s failure to ensure that the rear passenger door was locked and that the boy had his seatbelt on.
The case is currently being investigated under Section 43(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for careless and inconsiderate driving.
