We’ve all heard of the song ‘Golden Hour’ by JVKE from the radio, reels or even just by our friends playing it out loud.

A security guard has made waves on different social media platforms this past few days after playing this song on the piano.

According to the video posted by Umairah Bajrai on TikTok, the security guard learnt this song on YouTube and played it on the piano at the Shah Alam public library.

The owner of the account also gave more backstory to this security guard, saying that he had just gotten out of school.

About a day after the video went viral, the artist of the song, JVKE, commented on the video. He said:

“So beautiful. Thank you for playing my song.”

“He already has the pitch right, just needs to repair the tempo. Good luck!”

“Awesome, my kid who is going to piano classes now is not as good as him,” said a user.

A netizen commented, “He learnt from YouTube, and he’s this pro.”

“This is like the novel, Konserto Terakhir where someone without formal piano classes could play by ear. After practising, he became a talented musician.”

It’s so awesome that the artist actually commented on the video! We hope that the security guard will be able to continue his musical journey.
