Despite being in Australia, local entrepreneur Sajat still has an unfinished business in her homeland – her unsold bungalow.

The bungalow in Kota Damansara was initially sold at the price of RM9.5 million, however, despite being after a year and multiple potential customers later, the bungalow remains unsold. The cosmetics entrepreneur is now offering the new price of his luxury bungalow located in Kota Damansara at RM7 million, a total of RM2.5 million discount.

Through an Instagram story that has since expired, Sajat also revealed that she provides rental services for the double-story bungalow at around RM23,000 per month. However, the price and the terms and conditions can still be negotiated according to the suitability and discretion of both parties.

If you are among the interested buyers, they will provide free lawyers and bank loan stamp duty to ensure the smooth process of the transaction.

“The new sale price is only RM7 million and directly from the owner, any inquiries and reservations can contact Ms. Nadhia,” Sajat said in her post.

It is also worth noting that Sajat previously purchased the bungalow from Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri for RM7.5 million back in 2017.

Sajat is currently a permanent resident in Australia and she made it clear last year that she is never returning to Malaysia. She also remarked that her bungalow in Malaysia is “just the leftover” and she did not care if the property is being confiscated.
