Day after day we read stories about crazy drivers and their antics during peak hours of traffic not only in Kuala Lumpur but throughout Malaysia as unfortunately, our drivers have become infamous for their bad road manners.
Just when we thought we couldn’t be more surprised, this incident that happened yesterday, 21 September, at Jalan Tun Razak still has us in shock. A Kia Spectra was found driving dangerously and even hitting a motorcycle and tried escaping even after other motorcyclists surrounded him.

In the video, you can see the driver driving recklessly and endangering other vehicles as well. Then, the driver crossed to the other side of the road even though a motorcyclist was right behind him. Soon, in another video posted in Info Roadblock JPJ/Polis, the Kia was seen going opposite traffic at Jalan Duta as he was escaping from a convoy of motorcycles that were chasing after him.

At 7.04 pm, it was reported that the driver met with an accident at KM7.6 Penchala Link after colliding with a 4×4 Fortuner. The 60-year-old driver was thrown onto the lower deck from a 6 meters height. The victim who coincidentally celebrated his birthday on the same day was declared dead on the spot.
In the latest update, it’s been reported that the driver’s car WAS NOT thrown off the road. Instead, he was rammed from the back by the Fortuner after he applied sudden brakes. The 60-year-old man then got down from his car and jumped down onto the flyover from a height of 15 metres.
Let this be a lesson for all Malaysians to be more careful and patient drivers on the road. What do you think of this situation? Let us know in the comments section!
