Remember Raja Bomoh who used coconuts to find the wreckage of the missing flight MH370? He also made an appearance during the beginning of the pandemic in an attempt to eliminate Covid-19 globally.
His attempts have been proven unfruitful but regardless, he’s back. And this time, he’s not alone!
As parts of the country are still hit by the devastating flood, Raja Bomoh, or his real name Ibrahim Mat Zin, has returned with a new ritual and a new partner in crime. Meet Puteri Zaleha, the woman who performed the ritual to eliminate flood and disasters side by side with Raja Bomoh.
According to a Facebook post by Perak Press, the ritual took place in Teluk Gelanggang, Teluk Intan, Perak yesterday (5 January). In the 25-minutes long video, the duo can be seen reciting some prayers while performing the rituals with some ingredients such as turmeric and plants.
In the video, it is also claimed that the water level at the place was allegedly higher prior to the ritual. Since the ritual has been performed, the water level has started to recede. The ingredients used in the ritual was also pushed into the water which would allegedly make the flood water go away.
“The ritual I made today were tips from the ancient times. We pray to God and ask for Teluk Intan to be safe from the flood, and with His permission, the flood water will recede,” said Raja Bomoh.
In the meantime, Puteri Zaleha also mentioned that the ritual is not only meant for Teluk Intan but also affected areas in Perak. She said that the ritual is nowhere near magic.
“This isn’t magic. We are reciting prayers and asking from God for this disaster to be avoided,” Puteri Zaleha explained.
