The two girls left home on their own

In a recent development, Seremban District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Hatta Che Din, stated that investigations revealed the two sisters, both Myanmar nationals, had left their home without their parents’ knowledge.

According to Sinar Harian, the siblings are believed to have wandered off on their own while their father was asleep and their mother was at work.

“Upon receiving the information, police promptly went to the scene and brought the two children to the Seremban 2 Police Station for protection and identity verification,” he said.

They were safely returned to their parents

Mohamad Hatta added that physical examinations of the children revealed no injuries or any suspicious signs. The girls have since been safely returned to their parents.

He also advised all parents and guardians to ensure their homes are securely locked and to never leave young children unattended.

“The police would like to thank the concerned members of the public who promptly reported the incident. We urge the public not to speculate, as the case has been resolved,” he said.
