PDRM: Burnt Body of an Indonesian Man Found Near KTM Serdang

A burnt body was found yesterday (August 27) just 300 meters away from KTM Serdang.

In a statement, the Chief Police of Serdang district, AA Anbalan said the body was found around 11:45 AM yesterday after they received a report from a local woman who discovered the body.

A team of police officers, the forensic unit, and K9 dogs were deployed to the scene for investigation, and the victim has been identified as an Indonesian national. According to Anbalan, the victim’s documents and personal items were also spotted at the scene.

“The victim, who was found under the tree was 43 years old, and his name is Udikalifan. His body, however, was not entirely burnt.”

The body has been sent to Hospital Serdang for post-mortem to identify the cause of death. The motive of the incident is also under investigation.

PDRM urged the public to come forward if they have relevant information to assist with the investigation.
