Taking to social media, Malaysian netizens are sharing their stories of disappointment as petrol pumps along major highways are running empty, burdening those returning home post-Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations at their respective hometowns.
As videos of frustrated drivers make its rounds on social media, a recent report has surfaced of a petrol station at Kampung Saujana running out of RON95, causing 200 vehicles to become stranded.
According to one driver, people were stranded here since 6pm.
Reports of acute fuel shortages in the east coast have also made its way on social media.

Understanding the plight of those with not much fuel left, one netizen shared their effort to help those who are stranded by providing them with much needed fuel.
