National Geographic UK got it all wrong in its latest posting, when they mistakenly named Singapore’s Gardens By The Bay to be located in Malaysia!

For those of you who do not know where or what Garden’s By The Bay is, according to its official website, the location is “one of Asia’s premier horticultural destinations, Gardens by the Bay offers a scenic paradise for nature and photography lovers, as well as the whole family.”

We totally understand why this may strike a nerve with our neighbours across the Causeway. Here is what National Geographic UK wrote in their status update.

“From the Archive: A family from India walks through the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, Malaysia.”

Ah. Wrong move National Geographic.

Malaysians and Singaporeans took to the comments section and started bashing Nat Geo for the mistake.
