Living in an apartment building can be a bane than a boon for residents, especially those who are made to brave the elements when they park their cars in open spaces like these individuals.
Taking to TikTok, this netizen shared a video of how several vehicles were damaged when one resident decided that throwing trash off their balcony was okay.
“I pity those who parked their vehicle here. I wonder what the insurance situation will be like for these owners,” said the TikToker.
Believed to have happened at a condominium near Kepong, netizens commenting on TikTok shared these comments.
“It is the same in my residency. Tissues, chicken bones, cotton buds, cigarette butts and more. Certain owners behave this way.”
One user commented, “As a resident, we tend to avoid parking in areas like this.”
One claimed that the building management should be held responsible but got this response instead.
“Court of jurisdiction can’t uphold this clause under the Strata Management Act 2013 if there is negligence on behalf of management.”
“But in this case, it is clearly “beyond control” and can be categorised as vandalism,” said the user.
