People often position their license plate numbers differently from the usual spot seen on other cars. It might seem cool, but it becomes an issue when you’re trying to enter a parking basement that requires scanning your license plate number for access.
In a recent hilarious video shared by user @ren.rennnnnn, she and her friends can be seen attempting to enter the parking basement in Sarawak.
License plate number couldn’t be detected
In the video, the friends can be seen attempting to open the parking basement bar by manually carrying the license plate to the scanner.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Karen shared how the car’s license plate number was positioned at the corner of the car, which is why the basement parking couldn’t detect it.
“Something gone wrong”
Not only did they have to remove the license plate number from the car, but they also tried moving forward and backward as if there were a car.
Clearly, the method wasn’t effective, so 2 other friends attempted to hold the license plate number right in front of the scanner… which also failed.
“The entire situation was so funny that I just had to start recording,” Karen explained.
