Just the thought of a snake slithering into your house or out from the toilet bowl is enough to send chills down your spine! Now, let’s make things a little worse. What if there’s a snake that silently becomes your “companion” while you’re driving?

Yesterday (21 April), a woman named Sya took to her Twitter account and exposed a hiding reptile inside the engine of her uncle’s car. According to her tweet, Sya said that her uncle brought his car to the workshop to fix it and when the mechanic opened the bonnet, that was when they discovered a huge python resting inside the engine.

She urged the people to NOT forget to open the bonnet and have the inside checked once in a while to ensure there is no unwanted companions while you’re driving. You can take a look at Sya’s tweet below.

WORLD OF BUZZ reached out to Sya and it is revealed that her uncle left his car by the road overnight near Mesa Mall in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As the wheel sensor of the car had malfunctioned, he couldn’t drive the car. The next morning, the foreman came and towed the car to the workshop to get it fixed.

Sya also told WORLD OF BUZZ that no one had the slightest idea that there would be a reptile in the engine. They also have no idea where did it come from. The mechanics then immediately contacted the Civil Defense Department (APM) who helped to remove and take the snake away.

You can watch the video of APM officers in action below.

Fortunately, no one was injured. This is truly a kind of “companion” we do not want to see casually hanging out anywhere near us. While pythons are not venomous, they are known for being able to coil themselves around the victims and suffocate them.

So, once in a while, perhaps it is a good idea to open the bonnet and give it a check? You know, just in case.
