University confession pages are very entertaining to read when you are free. As anyone can submit a confession, lots of people make use of the anonymity to ask for advice.
This man took the chance to ask for relationship advice on UTAR Confessions. The post was posted on 6th December and it has garnered a lot of attention because of the absurd nature of the confession.

The man starts off by saying that he ever since he got a girlfriend, he has been spending at least RM100 on meals with his girlfriend. In one day, there are 3 meals, so the daily amount that he needs to spend is about RM300.
In about 2 weeks, which is 14 days, he needs to spend RM4.2k JUST to feed his girlfriend! OMG what! That’s so much money to spend just on food!
As his salary is just RM4.2k, it means that he can sustain her only for 2 weeks and because of that, she is trying to break up with him.
At the end of the post, he wonders if only people who earn RM10k per month are eligible to date.

Netizens on the confession page then wondered what they eat during their meals and how it amounts to RM100 for EVERY. MEAL. They asked if they were eating gold instead of food.
Others then said that even if one earns RM10k per month, that’s not how they spend money.
A few decided to give advice to the confessor and said that he should not focus on the amount of his salary but rather, he should change his girlfriend instead.
