Of all these cases reported, 56 patients are said to be in critical condition now and 29 cases are in need of respiratory equipment to help keep them breathing.

119 cases have been discharged today (16th April) and the total number of patients discharged since February is 2,766 cases.

There is an addition of 1 death case today bringing the total number of deaths due to Covid-19 in Malaysia to 84 cases.
