McDonald’s is known and loved by fellow Malaysians – especially with the efforts they’ve put in to customise their menu with seasonal products and local flavours.

One such seasonal product is their Spicy Korean Burger that swept the nation like how the K-wave did. When the Spicy Korean Burger made its debut in Malaysia, everyone could not wait to get their hands on it, so much so that the burger was sold out within a few days! And everyone had to wait patiently for the stock to be replenished some days later.

Anyway, one of the more recent promotion that McDonald’s ran is the buy 1 free 1 Spicy Korean Burger. As it is only available for a limited time, from 20th to 22nd September, you can imagine Malaysians flocking over to get it! Surely enough, all the burgers were sold out in just one or two days!

One notice, which was found from the KL-Seremban Expressway’s McD’s branch, informed patrons that the yummy burger is no longer available.

It was said that some branches also faced the same situation. Malaysians who have yet to try the burger (like me) were devastated to see the news. Many hoped that these burgers will be restocked soon.

The Spicy Korean Burger is topped with a beef/chicken patty that’s seasoned with spicy kimchi, Guochujang sauce, mixed vegetables, and black charcoal buns to finish, you can only imagine the sheer deliciousness of it. Too bad I’ve yet to try it T_T

Not to mention, the set comes with Criss Cut Chips and Frozen Fanta on the side. The set meal costs RM15.99 and the a la carte price is RM12.99.

Let’s hope the stock is replenished soon. At least I can finally get a taste of it lah! T_T
