“Maybe 1 day” – KJ Says He’s Not in a Hurry to Return to Politics, Admits that He’s Happier & Healthier

After leaving the world of politics, it didn’t take long for Khairy Jamaluddin to receive job offers from other places. KJ joined a local radio station as 1 of the DJs and today, he’s also running his podcast on YouTube – Keluar Sekejap.

KJ might be occupied but he’s happier, according to an interview with Astro Awani. Over the years, he has been asked about his potential return to politics, and this time, KJ admitted that he is in no rush to go back to where he once was.

“I’m even healthier now than when I was in the MoH”

Speaking of his possible return to politics, KJ revealed that he is still receiving invitations, and many have been approaching him to invite him back into the circle of politics. While it remains a possibility, KJ is taking his sweet time.

“Maybe 1 day. We’ll see how. But as of now, I’m not rushing to go back.”

In your career, mental and emotional health are as equally important as physical health. During the interview, the former minister of health revealed that he was not only happy with where he is today, but he feels a lot healthier.

“I feel a lot healthier and I’m at my best now. Better than when I was with the MoH.”

KJ also said that he enjoys connecting with people and discussing social issues, as well as speaking out for other people which explains why he is not in a hurry to regain his political seat.
