In Penang, a 40-year-old man has been reported to have thrown himself off of the 5th floor to his death. The incident happened in Prangin Mall, in Georgetown.

The man had landed on the tiled floors next to a mobile phone store.
He was pronounced dead on the scene by the medical examiner team from Penang Hospital at approximately 5:15pm on Friday.
According to the authorities, no foul play is suspected at the moment.
