The paranormal has always been fascinating and scary to us, but not many people want to actually see a ghost in real life, unless they’re the Ghostbusters! So, this guy came up with the perfect solution on what to do if you accidentally find yourself in a haunted house, are getting disturbed by ghosts, or even feeling something creepy.

The Thai netizen shared in a post that has gone viral on Facebook on how he handles unwanted ghosts and well, that’s certainly not something we would’ve ever thought of! Now that Halloween is just around the corner, this seems like a good tip to have in mind. The post has since gone viral as netizens were impressed with the guy’s bravery in confronting the ghosts.
Maharath Khatuwarn says that if he encounters any ghosts or spirits when he’s in a hotel or other “dirty” locations, he would scare and threaten the ghost before the spirit has a chance to scare him. First, he would assert his dominance and right to be there by saying, “I paid for it, which means that it’s my room. I tell them that if they want to stay, they can, but don’t be annoying. If you are in a good mood and I am in a good mood, I will make merit for you. But if you annoy me, I will kick you out – no exorcist, just me,” as translated by The Smart Local Thailand.

Since Thai people believe in the afterlife and many are afraid that they will not get reborn if they do not have good karma, Maharath also took this into consideration. He would threaten the ghosts to show them that he’s the one in charge. He said, “I will damn you and curse you to be a ghost forever with no chance to be a human again! Let’s see who has more power.” Whoa, scary eh!
He then ends his speech by reasoning with the ghosts, “If you don’t want to have problems, don’t bother me. I clean and care for my house – you do nothing, so you have no right [to haunt me] at all.” Many netizens were tickled by his suggestion and laughed at it but many others felt that it would work. In fact, there were a few who said they tried this method before and it actually worked for them.
Well, it’s certainly worth a try, especially if you can’t contact the Ghostbusters!
