A viral CCTV footage of a phone and computer accessory store in Seremban shows a shocking incident when a man came running in before falling on the ground.

He was then continuously slashed by a machete-wielding man in the bloodshed moment.

The man with the weapon was also followed by another man, and all three left the store after the victim stood up and continued running. Fortunately, the victim survived but suffered multiple injuries on both his arms, his legs, and back.

In an official statement by PDRM in Seremban, the victim is now in stable condition and is receiving treatment in the hospital.

Seremban District Chief of Police, Mohd Hatta Bin Che Din said the incident took place at the Seremban Getaway Mall on Monday (April 14) around 8:15 PM when the victim was smoking. He then saw a group of men running towards him and one of them had a machete in his hand.

The victim couldn’t evade the attack and was slashed with the parang multiple times. He was then brought to the hospital by his friend.

In the meantime, PDRM revealed the case is related to gangsterism, and vengeance is believed to be the motive behind the attack.

The matter is currently being investigated by Section 324 of the Penal Code and if found guilty, the suspect will face jail time of up to 10 years. The public with relevant information is also urged to contact the police.
