Customer feedback is important for improving and growing a business, especially in the F&B line. But one review in particular recently caught netizens’ attention due to its uncommon nature.

A customer took it upon himself to leave a review after visiting a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur during lunch hour on a Friday.

2 cows were brought into the restaurant

The customer described his visit as an “unforgettable moment,” sharing how, during his lunch, 2 fully grown cows were brought into the restaurant.

He gave the restaurant just 1 star for its food, service, and atmosphere, explaining that what happened after the cows arrived was “an experience money couldn’t buy”.

“The restaurant decided to bring in 2 cows during peak lunch hour. What happened next was an unforgettable, money-can’t-buy Mastercard moment of my life”

The cow relieved itself right in front of customers

The customer claimed that one of the cows decided to relieve itself in the restaurant, right in front of diners enjoying their lunch.

He mentioned that he was seated just 2 tables away when the incident happened, which completely ruined his appetite.

“I feel sorry for the families sitting nearby when it occurred. I definitely won’t be coming back to this restaurant. Apparently, it was an auspicious day for Hindus, which is why they brought the cows in for a visit.”
