WATCH: Irresponsible Owner Does Not Take Care Of Cow Herd, Frighten Residents In Penang

It is common knowledge that when we own something, we need to take care of it well but that doesn’t seem to be the case for a certain owner of a cow herd in Penang.

In a video uploaded on the Facebook page Penang Kini, we see a herd of cows running around freely in a residential area in Mount Erskine, Tanjung Tokong in Penang.

Since they were loitering outside the gates, the residents of the area were frightened and did not dare to go out of their houses.

It is said that this is not the first time the irresponsible owner has let their cows run rampant as the residents are tired of the cattle eating their plants and pooping everywhere.

As the residents have had enough of being frightened, many of them lodged reports to the city council (MBPP) about these wandering cows.

MBPP officers were also seen in the video trying to get them away from the residential area and there was even an officer who sustained injuries at that time.

Thankfully, an uncle who was also there gave first aid to the injured officer.

This certainly sounds like a nightmare as cows are pretty heavy animals that can cause quite a lot of damage. We hope that the authorities will take action against their owner.
