Is it just me or does it seem like the perverts in this country are getting bolder?
Just last week, a lady named Mun Mun Tan posted about her encounter with a pervert at a Shell petrol station located along the MRR2 highway, where she caught him recording an upskirt video of her.
“BEWARE! This incident happened on 09/05/2017, Tuesday morning at Shell MRR2.
“This sick bastard got caught filming an upskirt video. A police report was made but wasn’t accepted because there isn’t any ‘valid evidence’ to support the case as the phone was thrown on the floor by the victim and couldn’t be switched on. This is ridiculous, ladies, please be aware of this sick man, he is still out there!”

She also shared a video she took of the CCTV footage and a photo of the alleged perpetrator on social media. The slightly over one-minute-long video shows a lady, presumably her, walking into the shop and then heading to the cashier. About 30 seconds in, the man appears and enters the shop.
The man is seen holding his phone the whole time and queues up behind the lady, while pointing his phone in her direction. Funny thing is, from the video it looks like his phone’s flash is on and the lady probably noticed this and got really uncomfortable. I mean, who wouldn’t, even if the flash wasn’t on?
She continues looking around, probably getting suspicious while the man pretends to act all innocent until it’s her turn at the cashier, where she turns her head to face the front. Seizing the chance, the man quickly bends down to capture her upskirt photos. She immediately whips around and catches him red-handed before snatching his phone and throwing it on the floor.
Based on the CCTV footage, you would’ve thought that there would be enough evidence to teach this pervert a lesson, but according to her post, she says the police released the man because there was no ‘valid evidence.’
Netizens were shocked that the pervert could just walk away like that with no justice done. But hey, at least the public knows how he looks like now!
