Pulau Tioman, the picturesque island off the coast of Rompin, Pahang, has got to be one of the most beautiful places in all of Malaysia.
It’s also home to a diverse range of marine life, and this lucky Malaysian family managed to witness some of it, as when taking a boat trip near the island, they came across a school of dolphins!
Witnessed dolphins swimming and jumping first-hand
Going viral on TikTok as shared by Tioman Escape, a company offering snorkelling trips near the island, the video of the majestic aquatic mammal swimming and jumping near the boat has captured the hearts of Malaysians, who were left in awe of the scene.
In the caption, Tioman Escape revealed that the video was taken by one of their customers, Kak Amina, who was on a snorkelling trip with her family via the company.
At the start of the video, a toddler can stand on the boat, seeing the sea around them.
Afterwards, the camera slowly pans to the right, where nearby, a school of dolphins can be seen swimming and jumping as if saying hi to the boat and its passengers.
This majestic scene continued throughout the 54-second video, with the toddler and the rest of her family screaming in delight at how lucky they were to get to witness the dolphins.
