Especially, when it involves a small cat that can barely defend itself!

Singaporean netizen, Susan Lee took to her Facebook page to showcase a small community kitty that was found after someone had BEHEADED it.
She wrote, “Urgently seeking witnesses to bring justice for this poor cat! This community cat was found without its head by a feeder whom has been caring for three community cats including this one for years. She doesn’t have any neighbours or anyone living next to her.
“This happened off Whitley road. A police report will be made and I am seeking for any information, if anyone has seen anything! Please help share and bring justice for the innocent cat!”
It is unclear as to why the person decapitated the cat, but then again there’s never a good reason to be violent to defenseless animals.
We genuinely hope that the Singaporean authorities catch whoever did this to the poor little kitty and take action against them.
After all, those who violently abuse animals have a higher tendency of becoming a psychopathic serial killer.
