As the world becomes more and more digitised, the importance of online safety grows more urgent as the future draws nearer, especially regarding protecting our mental well-being. This is why it’s important to educate ourselves on the principles and ethics of online usage so that we can all enjoy the Internet without worrying about our loved ones.
In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, TikTok will be hosting an exclusive talk show on TikTok LIVE from 8 – 10 October as part of its #ThinkTwice initiative, with TikTok creators, mental health experts, and other key partners why online safety is important.
If you’re a heavy online user (don’t be shy! Most of us are 😝) or a guardian to smol human beings (a.k.a. kids) and/or senior folks, then all the more reason to check this out!
