Fahmi Fadzil has since announced that the Ministry of Health has not given him any official information concerning this matter. He took this opportunity to remind the public to always follow the SOPs instructed by MOH such as wearing a mask when out in public, avoid places of gathering, routinely wash and sanitise your hands and avoid handshaking.
The images floating around WhatsApp has made many parents extremely concerned about sending their children to school out of fear of exposing them to the virus. Amongst the pictures being shared are a group of schoolgirls displaying pink Covid-19 bracelets for a WhatsApp story.
While gathering more information about this issue, Fahmi Fadzil urged the public to not be alarmed and always obey the given SOPs. The MP asserted in his post that parents should stay calm over this issue since all schools have been abiding by the Ministry of Education’s SOPs. He also added that parents should contact the school administration for any inquiries.
