E-hailing riders and deliverymen make our lives that much simpler and more convenient. However, one Lalamove rider is receiving a sterling review for making a delivery somewhere most riders may not charter often to, if not at all.
A recent TikTok video has been making waves online after Malaysian influencer and content creator Pauline Ng shared how a Lalamove rider made a noteworthy delivery to a campsite she was at in Batu Arang, Selangor. In the clip shared to her page @rexerypauline, Ng and her friends, who received an order from the rider, praised him for finding the delivery spot at the campsite.
According to the rider in the clip, he had never been to the area before, which Ng briefly showed as she panned across the campsite, which was in a fairly secluded and remote part of Batu Arang. Commending the driver, Ng gave the man a thumbs up as he took a drink from his personal tumbler.
“Wow, a campsite can also have delivery. You are very clever to find this place,” said Ng to the delivery rider in the TikTok video.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Ng stated that the gathering at the campsite had been part of a private event she was invited to. Due to the scorching weather, the organisers of the event decided to order coffee for attendees, using Lalamove as their e-hailing service of choice.
Receiving more praise for being able to find the area, multiple Malaysians commented on the video and applauded the rider.
“Make sure to give him more tips!” light-heartedly added another user.
