A few bad apples shouldn’t blind us to the good. Yes, there are some cases these days which have given e-hailing drivers such a bad reputation. However, there are also those who are kindhearted and would go the extra mile to help those in need.
A girl by the name of Daksayani Ganeson shared a post on her Facebook about her surprisingly pleasant experience with a kind Grab driver.
Daksayani had wanted to go the Klinik Kesihatan, but as soon as she got in the Grab car, she realised that her purse was not with her.

She was panicked that she lost but it but fortunately for her, the Grab driver, Mr Rofaizul was kind enough to wait till she could confirm that her purse is at home. She thought of cancelling the ride as she had no cash with her.
To her surprise, Mr Rofaizul offered to drop her at the clinic anyway without charging her. He even gave her some money! She said,
“And as I was about to leave the car, he gave me some cash for me to pay my medical fee.”
