This announcement comes after unconfirmed reports of Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V divorcing Oksana Voevodina through “triple talaq”, a method that immediately and permanently terminates a Muslim marriage, began to circulate earlier this week.
The Kelantan ruler reportedly married the Russian beauty queen in June 2018, followed by a gorgeous reception in November that same year. Then, in May this year, Oksana Voevodina announced in an Instagram post that she and Sultan Muhammad V welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Tengku Ismail Leon Petra Bin Tengku Muhammad V Faris Petra.
