Following suggestions that Justin Bieber’s Justice World Tour MIGHT be cancelled after the singer announced that he is taking a break due to this Ramsay Hunt syndrome, it has been CONFIRMED that the remaining shows scheduled for the rest of the year has indeed been postponed.

In a statement released by PR Worldwide at around 1am, the potential new dates for the concert will be subject to venue and date availability. They’ve also stated that a 1-day window starting from 7 October 2022, will be open to ticket holders to submit their request to either RETAIN or REFUND tickets via a request form.

If ticket holders wish to retain their tickets, a request form will be sent to the registered email address, and they’ll need to submit all the required information within the 14-day window.

Similarly, if you’d wish to refund, a request form will be sent and you’ll need to submit all details within the 14-days window.

However, it is important to note that,

  • Only the face value of the tickets will be refunded as per the terms and conditions.
  • Ticket fees, processing fees and bank charges WILL NOT be refunded.
  • It can take up to 30 days for the refund, depending on the processing bank.
  • Refund and re-insuance of new ticket(s) will only be available for purchase made through the authorised ticketing platform.
  • Request for purchases made through unauthorised third-party platforms or individuals WILL NOT be entertained.

We know that this news could be a disappointment to some, but we hope that you’ll exercise kindness and understanding during times like these.

Stay tuned for more updates.
