Malaysia has hit yet another all-time high with a record of 6,806 Covid-19 cases as of 20 May 2021, which is a significant increase from yesterday’s record.
Selangor continues to hold the highest number of cases at 2,277 while states like Johor, Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak recorded over 600 cases.

As of 19 May, the infectivity rate nationwide stands at 1.10, with Labuan, Kedah, Pahang, Perak and Terengganu recording the highest rate of infection.

Meanwhile, the National Security Council is expected to meet tomorrow (21 May) to discuss a possible total lockdown.
