A 7-year-old schoolboy was allegedly assaulted by a classmate’s father for apparently disturbing the classmate while at school.
TBQ Amal Welfare Organisation manager, Herman Sudil, took to his Facebook page to share this incident, as the boy is an orphan who lives at the TBQ Amal welfare home in Johor.

He wrote, “How dare you kick this 7-year-old TBQ Amal child 3 times until he slammed into a wall because he disturbed your child at school? Whatever misbehaviour the child does at school, let the school handle it. The father who is larger and physically stronger should not be kicking the child!”
Herman has since instructed witnesses of the incident to file police reports against the man, as he had apparently also threatened to beat up the 7-year-old boy if he disturbed his child again.
“Imagine if every parent went to (their child’s) school and beat up a little kid who messes with their child. What would that be like? If your child was being naughty, and I came and kicked him 3 times, will you be able to accept that?”
The orphan already had a traumatic past
Herman went on to explain that the 7-year-old boy under TBQ Amal’s care had come to them with a lot of trauma that they had to work on. Hence, this incident may leave the boy with more psychological scars.

“He is an orphan that JKM (Welfare Department) sent to us because he was involved in a case. TBQ Amal had a hard time trying to heal him so that he can be like a normal child, because of the trauma he went through,”
“And, suddenly, you want to beat up this child like there are no parents taking care of him? Just because he comes from a welfare home, do you think you can beat him up? You think he doesn’t have anyone who loves or cares for him? I have a video of this child crying after being kicked. That’s what I can’t accept, seeing our children being beaten like that,” he added.
According to a report by Sinar Harian, a police report about this incident has been made at the Larkin Police Station.
