A woman was thrown out of a van and left to die on the KESAS Highway near Awan Besar R&R yesterday (May 6).

According to a witness, the driver of the van sped off and headed towards Petaling Jaya after leaving the woman on the road. Cheras District Chief Police, Assistant Commissioner Aidil Bolhassan said that PDRM received a report about the matter around 2:58 PM and confirmed that the victim was a 44-year-old woman with an address in Ipoh, reported Malaysia Gazette.
The body was sent to Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz Universiti Kebangsaan for post-mortem, and police are still investigating the motive behind the case, as well as working on identifying the suspects.

PDRM also confirmed that the victim was not Datin Pamela, who was recently abducted by men dressed in police uniforms.
Datin Pamela was headed to the MACC Headquarters in Putrajaya to provide a statement for a money laundering case that involved her husband.
“She asked for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) before she died”
According to the witness, he was headed to work when the van stopped suddenly in front of him before the woman was thrown out. The witness said the victim was rolling on the ground, and she was still alive.
“I stepped out of my car to check on her. Other drivers did the same, and the woman was asking us to perform CPR on her.”
“I didn’t do so because there was too much blood. I called for the ambulance while others performed CPR on her, but when the ambulance arrived, the woman had passed away,” the witness said, reported Kosmo.

The witness added that he saw multiple bruises on the victim’s body.Â
