Running a business is no easy task, no matter how big or small the business is. However, it is only through facing the challenges that comes with it that businesses and their owners can grow.
Recently, a young man’s effort in making a living inspired Malaysians when he was seen riding his motorcycle from Sungai Buloh to the Ulu Bernam R&R just to sell ice cream.
In a TikTok video by @snowerrewons (Snower), the man can be seen carrying a box of bread at the back of his motorcycle. Since her kid wanted to have some ice cream bread, Snower followed the man to see where he’ll stop to start selling.
The man eventually stopped at the Ulu Bernam R&R in Tanjung Malim and Snower found out that she wasn’t the only person who had followed the man! A few other people had dropped by to buy some ice cream bread from the man too.
“I saw him stop at the Ulu Bernam R&R. The journey from Sungai Buloh to here is far. Rain or shine, (he travels),” Snower wrote in the video.
After speaking to the man for a bit, Snower also found out that the stall was previously run by the man’s father. He had been selling ice cream bread for 20 years before handing it over to his son.
To give the man’s business some exposure, Snower also shared a clip of the ice cream’s prices.
“The bread is soft and delicious. If you happen to be at the Ulu Bernam R&R, don’t forget to buy this ice cream bread,” she wrote.
