A recent video has captured the hearts of Malaysians, showing a Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) traffic officer performing a kind gesture, earning him widespread praise.
In the video reshared on PDRM’s Facebook page, the traffic officer is seen parking his motorbike, getting off, and reaching into his storage compartment.

PDRM officer thoughtfully hands out water bottles to motorcyclists stopped for traffic offences
Surprisingly, when he opened his storage compartment, he pulled out several water bottles, removed the labels, and handed them out to the people around him.
According to the post, the officer’s actions were simply a show of concern for a group of motorcyclists, who were reportedly required to push their motorcycles from one point to another, and had been stopped for traffic offences.

“Because I have a heart too. Buying some plain water can at least help quench everyone’s thirst for a while,” the officer wrote in the video caption.
“Though it may seem like a small gesture, this is part of a compassionate approach to encourage these young riders to respect the authorities and follow the law. Of course, the safety and well-being of the community always come first,” the post read.

Meanwhile, netizens flooded the comment section with their thoughts and reactions.

“Even I would want to push the bike like this, sir. It’s a moment to enjoy. You’re the best, abang trafik.“

“An officer who treats others with humanity, good job, sir. You will be remembered by many.”

“PDRM officers, whether it’s for traffic matters or otherwise, show goodwill to give the public a chance to understand and follow road laws. Everything is done properly. That’s what they want to be remembered for.”

“Thank you, abang. I really appreciate you, abang polis. Mistakes are still mistakes, but I support you for doing the right thing. You’re the best, abang.”
