Travelling post-pandemic is very expensive especially when it comes to buying flight tickets.

Recently, the Hong Kong government announced their plan to give away 500,000 free airline tickets as part of their effort to bring in tourists.

The tourism revival “Hello Hong Kong” initiative which has been in the works for 2 years was finally unveiled on 2 February, reported CNN.

The tickets will be distributed to Hong Kong’s 3 airlines, Cathay Pacific, HK Express and Hongkong Airlines.

If you want to try your luck, you can do so by entering this page named the World of Winners.

What you need to do is to enter your name in the flight ticket lottery and hope for the best, but you also have to take note that this lucky pick is divided into 3 regions.

Those from the Southeast Asia region can enter the site on 1 March to join the giveaway while those in Mainland China can enter on 1 April. For the rest of the world, they can enter this giveaway starting from 1 May.
