A video that’s been making the rounds online has sparked public concern over the language used on a can of condensed milk (sweetened creamer).
According to Kosmo!, the video showed the product’s packaging featuring Hebrew text.

“It’s exported for the Palestinian market”
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) has responded to the issue, clarifying that its F&N Gold Coin condensed milk is exported exclusively for the Palestinian market.
In a statement, the company explained that the product’s packaging states it is imported by their customer, Food Collection Co. in Ramallah City, Palestine, and that the label includes English, Arabic, and Hebrew text to meet local requirements.
“The packaging clearly states that the product is imported by our customer, Food Collection Co., based in Ramallah City, Palestine, and features English, Arabic, and Hebrew text on the label to meet local requirements as requested by our customer,” the statement read.

“We don’t have any dealings with Israel”
F&NHB also clarified that they have no business ties or dealings with Israel.
The company said it remains committed to respecting local sensitivities and the sentiments of consumers, standing in solidarity with those advocating for peace and justice.
“We would like to thank the public for bringing this matter to our attention, and we value your continued trust. Should you have further enquiries, do reach out to our consumer hotline at 1800-88-1988 or ym.moc.nf@smmocpuorg.”
