Selangor FC and national team winger Faisal Halim was spotted in the stands yesterday, following his traumatic experience facing an acid attack that took place last month, to cheer his team on to beat Negeri Sembilan Fc 4 – 0 at the MBPJ Stadium.
Still recovering, he greeted fans and also the teams’ upper management upon his arrival.
Watching from the stands, he received a standing ovation from the Selangor faithful, with chants of his name ringing around the stadium.
This is not the first time fans have shown support for Faisal Halim, but they have been doing so following his devastating experience.
He even took the time to wish everyone a Happy Father’s Day.
