According to Berita Harian, the 2 pm incident occurred when the victim, who was reportedly drunk, allegedly disturbed the foreign suspect at a flat on Jalan Ara Kuda in Penang yesterday (November 16).

During the fight, the suspect is said to have gouged out the victim’s left eyeball with his hand while also sustaining injuries to his right eye during the altercation.
