Don’t Throw Away Your Empty Printer Ink Cartridges, You Can Make Good Money Selling Them!

It isn’t cheap owning a printer at home. The ink cartridges alone can cost you a bomb. But, what if there is a way for you to make some sort of quick cash from the empty ink cartridges that you’re planning to throw away?

This Malaysian woman, Cik Lala, took to her Facebook page to share how one could resell their empty ink cartridges and make some cash out of it. Her post has garnered loads of attention, over 5,100 shares and 1,600 comments as many netizens were actually surprised by this helpful life hack.

She wrote on her post, “Guys, if you have empty ink cartridge, don’t throw it away. You can resell it. The price is worth it. If you don’t want to sell it, you can give it to me”.

She also tagged the shop that buys the empty ink cartridge called Cartridge Ink and said that they would even pick it up from your doorstep. How convenient!

A netizen commented on her post asking how much did she make from reselling the empty cartridges. She shared a screenshot of the price list that she got from her conversation with one of the shops.

In the screenshot, Cik Lala messaged Cartridge Ink by providing the type of ink cartridges that she owned. They replied to her saying that for one of the ink cartridges, she would be paid RM18 whereas the other one would be RM24!

Other netizens too wrote on the comment section sharing better deals and price lists from other shops too. It would be wise to do some research and survey about the shops that would buy your empty ink cartridges around your area to get the absolute best deal.

So, the next time you’re planning to throw away your empty ink cartridges, don’t! Sell it and make some quick cash instead!
